a corp which i will not mention here war deced us the other day. Nothing new i hear you saying?
However here is the situation.
We are a corp of new players (2/3 months) and were confronted by this corp about a week ago saying "give us 50Mill or we will war dec you". We declined and now we are at war. However he didn;t hear much from them the over the past week until last ngiht
I got PK'd and lost all my implants
Is this War lawful or could (or more to the point would) CCP do anything about it?

PS i have chat logs and proof that they did pretty much blackmail us. This corp has chars that are 3/4 years old, we stand no chance

thanks guys. i just needed to see if it was fair. we will fight. However it does seem increadbly unfair to do this kind of thing. we are based in high sec space. Shouldn't we be immune to piracy (and no matter what way you put it, this is it)

do love the hostility here from som players like "disband your corp as it doesnt deserve to be around " etc etc - thats kinda rude and selfish- instead of giving him negative points why not give him some good advice- after all you want this game to last with new fresh blood? new corps etc etc? so to the point of my post i am sure there are some large corps out thier that will help you with this bully corp or hire mercs or negotiate with another corp to help out. But dotn give in to this bully corp or they will continue doing it- fight back with whatever means you can- as you said they old players so if you jump into cheap ships and single target thier ships for destruction- i am sure they will get more annoyed at the fact they loosing expensive ships :)
thansk for your posotive feedback. We are going to fight this one and we wont give in. Afterall they are paying for it, and it will at the very least give us experience. However my CNR and my CNC are staying well put xD

well the way i see it is, if its lawful, then we may aswell fight. Thanks for the ideas guys. T1 frigs + Crusiers, all T1 kit and see what we can do. We have about 5/6 active memebrs to their 2 3 year old chars. But as was previously stated, doesn;t mean they are gonna be kitted out to beat a swarm. I will keep you posted. Time to go ask my agent here the block thats killed me last ngiht is xD
